Q:Are your products new?

A: Yes, all products are new and package/box sealed.



Q:How long does it take to ship orders?

A:Upon reciept of full payment. Items are shipped within 3-5 business days.



Q.Do you charge sales tax?

A. Yes. A 7.25% sales tax is charged to California State residents only.



Q:Do you accept returns?

A:Yes. Please contact me within 7 days to receive complete return instructions. Please read my Return Policy before making your purchase.



Q:Do you ship internationally

A:At this time I do not ship internationally.



Q:Do you ship to PO Boxes

A:I prefer to not ship to PO boxes but have made exceptions. Please contact me if you have questions regarding shipping preferences before purchasing your item.



Q:Do you ship to FPO Address

A:I do not ship to FPO Addresses. I ask that you supply a residential address when making your purchase.





Q:How much does shipping cost?

A: There is a flat rate of $15.00 per purchase. An additional shipping fee of $10.00 may be added on combined shipments weighing 10 lbs or more.
