I want you to be happy with your purchase!

However, should you need to return your item for any reason, please contact me within 7 DAYS for complete return instructions.



Please read carefully my return policy guidelines as follows:

Non Defective/Remorse Returns- Non-defective/remorse returns will be refunded minus return shipping costs and a re-stock fee of 10%.

NOTE: Returns shipped after 30 days will be charged a 20% re-stock fee.

Buyer pays for return shipping

Order Cancellations- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. To avoid a 10% cancellation fee, cancellation requests must be sent the same business day.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise- You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit.Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise Claims for lost shipment, or damage must be reported within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. Packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.

Refused Delivery- Refused/returned deliveries will be refunded to buyer less a 25% re-stock fee once I have received the item.
